Today mission : Lamb abdominal Stew
Everyone!!! Proudly I announce I was able to cook Stew with that lamb abdominal...and mission accomplished kekekeke smiling proudly.
Lamb abdominal for more precisely stomach ...eerrkkk...yup it is that thing..and it took half of my day. It my dad request. WOW!!...I proud with my self now. However the kitchen look like disaster. Like Tsunami was here. Aigoo need to do some cleaning job here. Luckily my mom just out of town..huhuhu I'm save now..
okay lets take a look at the recipe...
Lamb Abdominal Stew Recipe
Ingredient:
1/2 kg Lamb abdominal (stomach)
2 carrots
2 Potatoes
2 celery
1 onion (if you like you may put 2 for this dish)
2 clove of garlic
1 littler Chicken Stock
2 bay leave
mix herbs
salt
sugar
chilies powder
2 table spoon of flour
How to cook:
1) clean the stomach (or you might buy the ready to cook stuff..or ask your butcher to clean it..seriously it took about 2 hour for me to clean it properly). Cut it to the bite size.
2) Diced onion and garlic. For celery, potatoes and carrots diced it larger than onion.
3) saute onion and garlic with butter. Put in lamb abdominal after the onion turn into yellow color. After 2 minute add in chicken stock.
4) with slow heat (you don't want it shimmer) add in carrots and potatoes after about 15 -20 minutes
5) Then add celery,chilies powder, bay leave and mix herbs
6) let it cook slowly. After an hour add sugar and salt (made it delicious for taste bud kekeke)
7) After another 30 minute mix it with flour..Lets it cook and the stomach soft and nice. This dish ready to eat when all ingredient cook and soft with thick soup. You might need garlic bread with it.. yummy ^_^
